ABOUT LEADERSHIP RETREAT
In 2022, the first edition of LOLA leadership training took place in Brazil. For years, LOLA has hosted the annual leaders retreat in Washington, D.C., but as LOLA continues to grow exponentially in Latin American countries, and the Brazil hub continues to grow as the largest in the region, last year we hosted our first retreat in São Paulo, at the City Council Chamber, entirely in Portuguese.
In 2023, the event in Brazil will be hosted in BrasÃlia, the country's capital and Brazilian political center. Our first day of training will be at the National Congress!
There will be 3 days of training, networking and connections. The LOLA Brasil leadership retreat trains and empowers the main female leaders of the freedom movement who seek to promote liberalism to new audiences through their state centers and personal/professional ventures.
Participants learn about a variety of topics, such as political activism, Brazilian problems and liberal solutions, how to expand their social media, how to give an elevator speech and much more! (The LOLA Leadership Retreat is a limited space event with priority given to LOLA's most active Branch Leaders).
